Fuel surcharge
Fuel is not included for all rental vehicles.
Gas refilling will be subject to surcharges up to $15 plus fuel .if not filled when vehicle return.

All renter must meet the age of over 25.
Age from 21 to 25 will be apply to young driver surcharge.
Age under 21 will require contact to our office for further information require.

All new driver on class 7 will apply for surcharge.

Cars rented will be subjected to applicable local laws,regulations, terms and conditions.if false information is provided.and drive in unlawful conditions,insurance protection coverage will be void and renter will be liable for damages of the vehicle and as well as the property and injury for the other parties.

credit card is required when renting vehicle.the credit card holder must be the same name of the renter,and they will be required to leave an imprint of the card for the duration of the rental.the deposite amount varies depending upon the car vendor, duration, and conditions.the deposite amount will not be taken from the card,but the amount is held by our company.it is necessary therefore ,to ensure that the card has sufficient credit available and for the duration of the rental.

Renters and additional drivers must have held a full driving licence for minium 12 months.

For driver who held an international driver licence,passport will require to presents at the rental counter.

Excess dirt will be apply surcharge . such as motion sickness,and extreme dirty inside out.

1.you must report to the police and obtain the police report file number.
2.you must written down all parties name,and licence plate number,and driver licence information.
3.written down the location and time at the place of the accident

If you did not have the sufficient information,you may not qualify for the claim with the vehicle damage waiver issues, you may be liable for the damages.

The renter personal belongings inside the vehicle,
,GPS ,child seats or booster etc.

We offer renter with different damage deductible options on the (vehicle danmage wavier) protection.

a, $2500 damage deductible
b $1000 damage deductible
c, $300 damage deductible
d. $10.95 for lost of use only

for any damages occur to the rental vehicle, renter will require to pay up to the selected amount of vehicle damage deductible.
We are highly recommended renter to select this vehicle damage waiver protection to avoid the financial liabilaity.

If you are unlawful and violated operating the vehicle,all insurance protection will be voided and renter will be fully responsible for the vehicle damages as well as the others vehicles and other parties properties and injury.

surcharge will be apply for late return

Even the vehicle damage waiver protection has been selected,renter will still liable for the lost of use with the damage rental vehicle.
since the vehicle damage waiver protection is not cover the downtime at the repair shop,renter will be charge at the regular daily rate,until the vehicle has been fixed from the repair shop.
they will also liable for the towing from the place of the accident to our appointed repair center,there will be no replacement of the vehicle during the repair period regardless the rental contract still active or not.

all vehicle does have daily limited on milege,please ask for details on rental desk.

We do offer pick up and delivery service,please contact our customer service and ask for details in advance.

Renter who select decline the damage waiver protection which offer from the vendor ,or select to deal with their own insurance company.
when there is damages occur to the vehicle,they will be responsible to pay for the full amount of the vehicle damages to the vendor,the vendor carry no responsible to negotiated with the others insurance company or as behalf of the renter.
Therefore,we are highly recommended renter to select our insurance protection coverage in order to avoid the financial liability.

We are unable to provide refunds for any unused rental days shown at the rental contract.

Rental cost are based on available information at the time of reservation made and any changes of reservation date may result in rate changes.

Rental rate calculation is base on 24 hours for one days. 7 days for one weeks. 28 days for monthly.

Smoking is prohibited at all vehicles.

Travel to out of province or USA is prohibited,Unless you have the written permission at the rental contract,

All vehicles has be installed GPS locator, if out of boundary has be detected,it will automatically disable the vehicle,all towing and penalties will charge to the renter,and rental contract will be voided.

If there is a damages occurred,vehicle will be taken to our appointed repair shop to proceed the estimated and repair.
We do not allow the renter to proceed the repair with the other shop without our written permission.

The vendor will responsible for all the mechanical defective and have the replacement vehicle provide at no charges,
however,we do not responsible for ran out of gas,flat tires,battery out due to the careless,key locked inside the vehicle and key lost etc.

Renter must pay for all violation ticket such as speeding,parking,unlawful driving before the time of vehicle return with proof of payment receipt require.
all payment demend from violation tickets came after the returning date will be apply for surcharge .
